What helps every pupil move forward?

Pupils don't all need the same thing.

Some need greater challenge. Others may need additional support, more time, encouragement or a different way into their learning.

At Hampton High, we want pupils to be known well enough for the adults around them to understand what will help them make the most of school.

We work with pupils and families to understand what will help each young person learn, participate and develop their independence.

We don't lower the ambition. We think about what makes it possible.

This approach is reflected in the relationships we build, the support we provide, the expectations we set and the opportunities pupils have to belong, contribute and succeed.
