GCSE Results Day
Details about results day 2018
Collection of GCSE results will take place in the auditorium at Hampton High on Thursday 23rdth August 2018 between 9 and 11am. Your results envelope will include an overview sheet at the top which will give you your actual grade for each of your subjects. Behind this will be the results pages sent by the exam boards which may include a unit breakdown so can sometimes seem confusing at first glance. Therefore, I would recommend that you look at the overview sheet first.
It is also important that students collect their results on results day to confirm their college or Sixth Form place for September. If you are unable to come and collect your results, you must provide the administration team at Hampton High with a stamped addressed envelope prior to the end of the summer term with the address of where you would like your results to be sent. If you would like to nominate someone else to pick up your exam results for you, you must e-mail Mrs. El-Hadi from your school e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your nominated person. If this information is not provided, results will only be given to students or their parents. There is no online results service and the school is unable to give out results on the phone or by e-mail.
Staff members including our school Careers Adviser will be available on the day of the results to offer advice and support. A representative from Teddington School will be there to assist with enrolling to Hampton / Teddington 6th form. To enable your enrolment, please also bring a form of identification, which can be your original passport or birth certificate. During this time there are no set appointments, so please be aware that there may be a small waiting time; however it will not affect your opportunity to enroll.
