Welcome from the Headteacher
I feel enormously proud and privileged to be the Headteacher of Hampton High.
We were delighted that Ofsted judged us to be a good school across all categories in our inspection in March 2019. This was the result of clear focus, determination and hard work from across the school community and beyond, with unwavering support from our local community, neighbouring schools and RWST. This has been a significant benchmark for us, as we aspire to even greater heights for our students and families.
Hampton High is a warm, caring and vibrant community which provides support and challenge to ensure that all students, regardless of their starting points, achieve well to go on to lead happy and fulfilled lives.
It is with enormous pride that we greet our students every day. They wear their uniform with pride and are real ambassadors for our school beyond the school gates. Within school they are courteous, warm and show real kindness and respect to all members of the school community. Our visitors always comment on how welcoming they are and how calm and purposeful the school environment is.
We have been really impressed with the way our students have all returned to school following the six month lockdown. They have adapted well to the new ways of working, focusing on their learning and supporting everyone in the school community to stay safe. There is a real sense that we have come through this period even stronger and more determined than ever to succeed.
We are currently unable to offer tours of the school, but please do look at the information and videos we are putting on to the website, so that you can get a real sense of who we are.
